What is the correct way to use toner, the problem is that the toner is completely out within 1 -3 washings every time !!. Is toner supposed to be permanent. It's very frustrating. What are some ways to make it permanent or atleast last longer.Why does the toner not stay in the hair after one or two washings?
Your probably using a semi permanent toner. Try using a permanent one. You will have to refresh it from time to time.
