Do you rub it in??


How long after i put toner on will i put my moisterizer on???

no do not rub a toner in your skin, get a cotton ball and dab it on your face, treat toner like alcohol, you can use the moisturizer soon aftetr the toner driesToner??????
use little circular motions with a cotton ball it unclogs everything.


wait till your face is completely dry then put on your moisturizer.
It depends what kind of toner it is. Usually most toners are applied with a cotton ball or something and you put some toner on the cotton ball and apply it all over your skin. It ussually leaves your skin feeling tingly and refreshed and you could put mascara like 2 minutes after when it isn't wet.
Step 1. Dab on toner with a pad do not rub. Lightly apply presure and swipe(preferable one with reduced particles I.E - cotton balls have a lot of dust and particles which can clog pores).





Step 2. Rinse your face with cold water and dab dry with a clean towel ( this will close your pores and reduce dirt and oil from clogging your pores)





Step 3. Apply your moisturizer to your skin ( do not apply to thickly and ensure your get your neck as well)
