Do I just sit here or do I aply heat? Please help, I'm lathered up right now and the only help I have is my crying 22 month-old daughter! I'm trying to reduce the brassiness of a bad blonde job.How long do I process toner? Is it 15 min. from when I start applying or when I finish?
when your finished.. but i'd probably only leave it on for 10-13 minutes just to be safe.. it wont make much difference
