What are good toner exercises, especially legs?

I want to get toned by the end of this week, I know thats pretty impossible, but I want to atleast look atlittle more toned.What are good toner exercises, especially legs?
Lunges.


or lay on your side on the floor, the bottom leg bent a little and raise the other one up off the floor, and then switch.


or get on your hands and knees, raise one leg (still bent so your foot is up in the air) then bring that leg down onto the knee, then with the same leg bring it up so your foot is out behind you, do that a couple of times then switch legs.What are good toner exercises, especially legs?

For your lower leg, calf raises are good.





If you have use of a gym, the leg press and leg extension are decent machines.
