I know its called 'necktoner' but in the instructions it only explains where to put it on your neck! It doesn't say 'do not use' anywhere so just wondering if it is safe near the eyes and mouth. Any info would be great!Can I use the Rio neck toner on my face?
i wouldnt use it near eyes or mouth but the rest of your face should be fine to use it
