If I bleach my red hair with a toner will it come out blonde?
My hair is dyed red, but I want to bleach it blonde if I bleached it and put in a toner would it be orange or come out blonde?
Also, if i didn't put in a toner, would I have to bleach it twice.
My hair is a medium red that is going copper in some parts.If I bleach my red hair with a toner will it come out blonde?
your hair will be orange and very badly damaged, possibly stretchy. get some color oops in extra strength and use it. then you can bleach. try 40 volume peroxide in your bleach. there is a good chance that you will have to bleach it more than once, so if you do, use 30 and 40 volume peroxide mixed together evenly in your bleach. if after the second time it's darker or more yellow than the color of a banana peel, bleach it again, but only use 30 and only bleach the ends. you wil see that your roots will be lighter than the rest so they don't need to be bleached again. look up ardell unred, red gold corrector plus and lock-in blonde. these are bleach and color additives that will help remove more brassiness, they work great. add unred and red gold corrector plus to your bleach every time you bleach, don't add lock-in blonde. once you're done bleaching, use a toner. you will want to use a wella color charm toner and of course 20 volume peroxide. you will want to use an ash toner, so get the ';white lady'; shade, it will remove more brassiness. add lock-in blonde to your toner and every time you use dye. then you can dye over that with a blonde dye you like and it won't hurt. your biggest problem is brassiness. i did the same thing you are trying to do. this was my hair: http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k65/Le鈥?/a>

i know that staples lets you recyle some empty printer cartriges...i know they do HP and lexmart there is one more i cant think of...i believe they do a $3 for each one that you bring in ..i took like 20 at one time and there was no limit...you can always call them and ask the third brand..hope this helps

My school recycles all of that stuff. We get the parents to bring in toner and lazer jet cartriges and I send them to ';Cartridges for kids'; and they send our school checks. If you want to recycle them, let me know, I would be happy to pick them up from you. We also recycle cell phones, ipods, video games and systems.

Some toners also have integrated drum units that need to be properly cleaned. This would include, most monochrome HP printers, all samsung printers, most lexmark, some konica minolta.
As a final point, toner dust is messy and carcinogenic and tough to keep from getting airborne, so ideally you would be using a particulate respirator and filling it under an industrial fume hood.

I've seen many software products at the store for printing your own checks. Some even come with blank check stock, to suggest you could just install the software and print checks to your heart's content.
While all the packages will print the OCR characters, it is only in smaller letters on the package that they suggest that you use magentic ink or magnetic toner to print your checks.
A friend who has been using regular toner to print his checks for several years, says he's never had a problem, and never had a check returned. He claims that these days banks use optical character recognition to read the MICR line, and it's no longer necessary to deal with magnetic toner.

That works as long as you lightened more than you wanted.

If in 5 minutes it grabbed too much blue, simply add a bit of mixed bleach to shampoo in your hand and massage out the color. (with 20 vol bleach this should take around 5 minutes or so). The color will stay but the unwanted undertone will fade considerably.

toner needs to be alcohol free. and needs to be applied within 3 miins. of washing your face. toner is used to close your pores so that ';gunk'; ( for lack of a better term) doesn't clog your pores. I use Arbonne Re9 toner.it doesn't have alcohol in it. I would NOT suggest mary kay. be careful of what you put on your face. arbonne is botanically based, and has absolutly no animal by products and trust me you don't want to know how they get animal by products its gross. and is pH correct. the reason you want a toner without alcohol is because the alcohol will dry your skin out.
All of the extravagant stuff never worked for me. I found that about 8 or 9 years ago I started using nuetragena acne control face wash. My complextion was alway red and about a week after using it the redness was gone. My husband uses it and my oldest son uses it. My sister also uses it. Toners, I have found are very drying on the skin. Just my opinion.
I use loreal summat or other. It's orange, if that helps.

i have recently had my hair done platinum blonde,for best results go to a hairdressers-they know whats goin on your hair, it also avoids disastarous results.
Use Recital to blend in your colour, it's safe to use over other products.
I would suggest going to the hairdresser for this one because things can go very wrong when toning hair.
You really need to be able to know which blonde you really are to know which colour will counteract your colour %26amp; also since you say your ends are a bit darker they will also need to be lightened so you have an even colour and a toner does not lift it will just deposit colour.:)

i have recently had my hair done platinum blonde,for best results go to a hairdressers-they know whats goin on your hair, it also avoids disastarous results.
Use Recital to blend in your colour, it's safe to use over other products.
I would suggest going to the hairdresser for this one because things can go very wrong when toning hair.
You really need to be able to know which blonde you really are to know which colour will counteract your colour %26amp; also since you say your ends are a bit darker they will also need to be lightened so you have an even colour and a toner does not lift it will just deposit colour.:)

You can either lighten it more, which may totally damage your hair or dye it a darker color that will help cover the reddish color. Use a color with ash as it helps tone down brassy red. I am going by my own experiences

You use it on dry skin. Also about the stinging, if it onky stings a little that's normal but if it's unbereable then you may be allergic. If you have to wait for it to dry then you may be using too much. BTW, you don't have to wait till your face is completely dry to apply the lotion.

You can also return them directly to Office Max and other office supply stores and they'll recylce them for you as well. NEVER toss them into the household trash, as the toner is considered Hazardous Material and can contaminate a MSW landfill or volatize and enter the atmosphere in a MSW incinerator. Always dispose of Household Hazardous Waste through your local HHW (Household Hazardous Waste) program. HHW programs have been mandated for ALL communities in the U.S where there is a Solid Waste Program. the more HHW that you dispose of properly, the less likelyhood of there being tocic exposures to them to nearby residents to MSW facilities.

I use the credit to get reams of paper for printing or purchase supplies for my husband's classroom. The stores do all the work, and we still benefit from recycling.
