Well i know that a 15-16 yr old girl CAN use it, im 16 and i use it...Im pretty sure its different for all people...because everyone is different. It evens out your skin if you have blotches, redness...or other things. -Bye.What is the purpose of using skin toner?
If you are cleaning your face you can and should use toner. It cleans the soap and other impurities your soap left behind. Hope that was short and meaningful enough...Oh if your skin starts to burn, the toner is too harsh unless you exfoliated prior...then you scrubbed too hard.
