How good is a cleanser and toner for the skin? Does it make a difference?

I eat healthy but sometimes get like tiny spots and oily nose...and my skin tone is often kinda uneven. I don't use cleanser and toner.

I've bought a cleanser and rose water(for a toner) today...will it REALLY make a difference? How good is a cleanser and toner for the skin? Does it make a difference?
A cleanser removes dirt and oil from the skin's surface. Often traces of oil with dirt trapped will remain even after cleansing. A toner will help remove those traces. Once you start using the toner look at your pad or cotton pad and see what comes off. You may be surprised at how much a toner does for your skin. The pores become cleaner, breathe easier and the excess oil is stripped off.

What you apply next matters, too. Use a mattifying lotion (and sunscreen to protect from ultraviolet damage.) Applying a lotion will help protect your skin from pollution and the sun's radiation.

rose water for a toner is the best choice and cleanser is as well but instead of that if you use soap bar would be much better.and all does make difference. you can also take a look at BURT BEES website .
