it doesn't really moisturize it balances -
and don't replace it at all - you should use a wash, toner and cream - that offers moisture -

Ok, toner is what you use to remove the residue and any dirt and oils after you cleanse your skin. Lotion is the last step in your skin care regimen to remoisurize and protect your skin.
Make sure your lotion has an SPF in it if you go outside.
If i'm not wrong, toner is something tt tighten our pores. Lotion is to moisture our skin. So i dont think u can replace yr toner with lotion.
