I just started using face toner. I use it before bed and morning after I wash my face and before lotion and makeup. What will the changes in my face be? Will they be noticable?How long before I see a difference with toner and what will it be?
the results wont be completely noticeable-you see the results like when your finished with it [right after you apply] it just cleans it out-it evens and cools things on instant-in the long term you have a cleaner much SOFTER , clearer face :) maybe after about a weeks use or a few days-at least with me-everyone's skin is different :)
