i bleached my hair and it was really light orangish, i bought t18 toner with 40 volume developer, will it make it really light?What color does t18 toner turn my bleached hair into?
It looks like a red toner, so it will take the green tones out of your hair. FYI, 40 volume developer is VERY damaging to your hair. I personally use a toner that doesn't require any developer, and it takes away the yellow-orange tones in my hair. It's called ';Protein Color Filler #3 Platinum'; by Colorful.
