What is the difference between an astringent and a toner?

How can I can around my Brother Printer ';toner out'; message? Have lots of toner left but shuts down!?
I've heard that there is an electronic eye or something inside the printer that can be blocked off so this message doesn't show up. Anyone know where this is and how to do it? How far apart should i spread the cleanser,toner,moisturizer,acn鈥?treatment?

Use the products in the morning and evening. Honestly who has time to wash your face in the afternoon. Its fine to do it in the morning and evening. Use them in the morning after cleansing and at night before bed. At night use it before 11pm as our skin starts its renewal progress after that.
Wash your face morning and night and no more. Right after you wash your face apply toner then while the toner is still a little bit damp on the skin apply the moisturizer. If you need to freshen up in the middle of the day use some peppermint tea on a cotton ball. (Keep the tea in the fridge. Feels really good especially on hot summer days.)

You use it on dry skin. Also about the stinging, if it onky stings a little that's normal but if it's unbereable then you may be allergic. If you have to wait for it to dry then you may be using too much. BTW, you don't have to wait till your face is completely dry to apply the lotion.

Yes, they CAN be recycled. Many cartridge manufacturers put an address on the packaging and even pay the postage. You can also return them directly to Office Max and other office supply stores and they'll recylce them for you as well. NEVER toss them into the household trash, as the toner is considered Hazardous Material and can contaminate a MSW landfill or volatize and enter the atmosphere in a MSW incinerator. Always dispose of Household Hazardous Waste through your local HHW (Household Hazardous Waste) program. HHW programs have been mandated for ALL communities in the U.S where there is a Solid Waste Program. the more HHW that you dispose of properly, the less likelyhood of there being tocic exposures to them to nearby residents to MSW facilities.

check with your local waste management depot as well as cartridge recycling programs to see if the take them.
Where we live, places like Office Max or Office Depot give you a credit towards a purchase when you bring the cartridges in. Check and see if a store does that in your area. You do need to find out what kind they take.
I use the credit to get reams of paper for printing or purchase supplies for my husband's classroom. The stores do all the work, and we still benefit from recycling.

What is the best mascara, bronzer, and facial toner(to even out skin tone and remove pimple marks)?
I'm going shopping next Tuesday and I was wondering, what do you guys think is the best mascara, bronzer, and facial toner out there? mascara - cover girl last blast . its in a big orange tube so u cant miss it . it literally grabs every lash nd pulls it up . i love itt!!
bronzer ,may i make a suggestion? i used to use bronzer all the time . it only made me look orange nd like i went fakebaking . now i use this stuff called 'warmth' by bare minerals . or u may know it as bare essentials, its the same company ... it makes u look liek u just got off of the beach . bc it gives u a nic ehealthy face that looks liek u just went suntanning as opposed to just getting out of a tanning booth .

i usually only use mascara, eye shadow, and eye liner. i use maybelline define-a-lash mascara (its the green one) but they have 2 other new ones that are pretty good too. for all the other things on your list try looking at www.maybelline.com they have reli good make up. you can usually get it anywhere... cvs wal-mart walgreens etc...
