I have noxzema triple clean anti blemish pads and I was wondering if they work as a good toner. I use them after I wash my face with nivea face wash and then after I use the pad I apply nivea moisturizing facial lotion.Do noxzema pads work as a good toner?
yep, they definitely do. i also use acne treatment pads as a toner, and they have worked for me.Do noxzema pads work as a good toner?
