your hair will be orange and very badly damaged, possibly stretchy. get some color oops in extra strength and use it. then you can bleach. try 40 volume peroxide in your bleach. there is a good chance that you will have to bleach it more than once, so if you do, use 30 and 40 volume peroxide mixed together evenly in your bleach. if after the second time it's darker or more yellow than the color of a banana peel, bleach it again, but only use 30 and only bleach the ends. you wil see that your roots will be lighter than the rest so they don't need to be bleached again. look up ardell unred, red gold corrector plus and lock-in blonde. these are bleach and color additives that will help remove more brassiness, they work great. add unred and red gold corrector plus to your bleach every time you bleach, don't add lock-in blonde. once you're done bleaching, use a toner. you will want to use a wella color charm toner and of course 20 volume peroxide. you will want to use an ash toner, so get the ';white lady'; shade, it will remove more brassiness. add lock-in blonde to your toner and every time you use dye. then you can dye over that with a blonde dye you like and it won't hurt. your biggest problem is brassiness. i did the same thing you are trying to do. this was my hair: http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k65/Le鈥?/a>

I'm not a hairdresser, but my guess is that it would come out orange. If you want to go blonde, it's best to go to a professional so you don't ruin your hair.

well garnier wash scrub n something face wash is very good and a garnier toner and even theres this age renewing moisturizer even if you dont have wrinkles it makes ageing marks come late if you use regularly also makes ur skin soft .x

I know for paper and other recycleables, you can look at paperretriever.com and they will drop off a recycle bin for you. A lot of schools have them to generate money for the schools. I don't know if they do toner carts or not, but its worth a look. good luck.
Office Max is the best place to recycle toner carts, not only do they take any brand, its also $3 off any order, but with Staples, they will send you the box and free mailing info to recycle through their warehouse in Portland. What other office supplies do you currently recycle?
i know that staples lets you recyle some empty printer cartriges...i know they do HP and lexmart there is one more i cant think of...i believe they do a $3 for each one that you bring in ..i took like 20 at one time and there was no limit...you can always call them and ask the third brand..hope this helps
I know that a new buisness just opened in Northampton called Ink Solutions, I believe they have an office in Amherst too and they refill cartridges I don't think they buy them though. But its a great way to reuse instead of recycle.
My school recycles all of that stuff. We get the parents to bring in toner and lazer jet cartriges and I send them to ';Cartridges for kids'; and they send our school checks. If you want to recycle them, let me know, I would be happy to pick them up from you. We also recycle cell phones, ipods, video games and systems.

yes, but you will likely not want to do it at home. the toner powder is messy and somewhat toxic. these cartridges are quite a bit more complicated than the little liquid ink cartridges that most home printers use.

Toners have moving parts that need to be replaced upon refilling, there are gears, rollers, and ribbons that all need to completely checked and reconditioned. Most toner cartridges will have smart chip that need to be set or replaced, not to mention you cannot put a hole in a toner cartridge, so knowing where to actually put the toner can be a challenges.





Some toners also have integrated drum units that need to be properly cleaned. This would include, most monochrome HP printers, all samsung printers, most lexmark, some konica minolta.





As a final point, toner dust is messy and carcinogenic and tough to keep from getting airborne, so ideally you would be using a particulate respirator and filling it under an industrial fume hood.

You can use toner on the same day as bleaching.I suggest picking up a violet toner. Mixed toners usually have a life of 30 minutes. If your not as blonde as you had hoped, wash your hair, dry and apply again.


You also may want to try a shampoo cap by mixing equal amounts of shampoo with mixed bleach.


In my case from going from black to blonde, i used use dish soap, insted of shampoo, which is horrible for your hair, but it gets the job done.

Alright, so once you rinse your hair of the bleach, shampoo it, but do not condition it. Tone it right away. Don't let it sit too long. I would not use the toner versus using another toner because mixing products might cause a chemical reaction and who knows how your skin will react. the toner is just astringent.
I dont like the proactiv toner either i hate the smell of it....but it works..stick to the system..they put the 3 things together for a reason! if you use it and it doesnt work then switch to a different brand....I think if you use it the way you are suppose to it will work and you'll end up likeing it
well i used proactive and it didnt work out for me it did in the begining but yea i do think you need to use the toner because that takes off all the dead skin cells and cleans the insides of your pores because if you go like a week without using it then all of a sudden you do use it trust me their will be a lot of dirt coming off on the cotton ball so YEs use it lol
For the ';system'; to work you are supposed to use all of thier product line, but maybe it won't make a difference. I guess if you do use another toner and it seems like the Proactiv isn't working, maybe it's the different toner, if not than it's fine!

this might work for you... Yesterday I brought this acne cream. It’s called: “Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream” it’s around $30 for a 10cm bottle. I know it’s kind of a lot of money but it actually works! Just rub a dab on your spot and in 8 hours or so, it’s hardly noticeable! If you use it very night in around 3 days it’s gone!


I use it every night. But you still need to wash it off in the morning, because it’s kind of oily.





Also for symptoms of scars, chapping, peeling or flaking due to minor burns, sun burns, wind burns, scrapes, abrasion or cracked lips!

I've seen many software products at the store for printing your own checks. Some even come with blank check stock, to suggest you could just install the software and print checks to your heart's content.





While all the packages will print the OCR characters, it is only in smaller letters on the package that they suggest that you use magentic ink or magnetic toner to print your checks.





A friend who has been using regular toner to print his checks for several years, says he's never had a problem, and never had a check returned. He claims that these days banks use optical character recognition to read the MICR line, and it's no longer necessary to deal with magnetic toner.





What's the real story?Does the MICR line on checks have to be printed with magnetic toner?
i believe that if a check is not encoded with magnetic MICR ink, it has to be keyed in manually. you can go to the bank and request a blank counter check to use and that would not have MICR, so they do it manually. i would suggest asking your bank. it is possible that in the fine print somewhere they might have a charge for having to deal with non MICR drafts against your account.





I would think it opens you up to more errors on your account by not having it automatically read.





i remember way back when The Tonite Show with Johnny Carson did a film of him writing a check on a bikini clad model and presenting her to a bank for payment. as i recall they paid, not sure how they handled the cancellation process! The real story is that it depends on the bank. The new laws which allow the scanning of the checks have made a big dent in this requirement. Every once in a while you will run into a bank that has some kind of problem with no MICR.





Source - I just sold a payroll processing business where we created the checks on the fly and did use MICR [in the last 12 months we were nailed by 5 different banks for issues with the MICR, it would have been at least that number if we used standard toner]

That works as long as you lightened more than you wanted.





example: You bleached to a platinum (10) and then you put an ash blond (8 or 9) over it. Your only worry is that the undertone (the blue) will grab too much. To prevent this you would only leave the color on as long as you would a normal toner (around 5 minutes)





If in 5 minutes it grabbed too much blue, simply add a bit of mixed bleach to shampoo in your hand and massage out the color. (with 20 vol bleach this should take around 5 minutes or so). The color will stay but the unwanted undertone will fade considerably.
